We have recently updated our dispatch software to allow better communication between our technicians and our customers. The technicians are now able to log into the system through their smart phones to gain additional knowledge regarding the history of each system. Each technician will be able to see all of the past service and maintenance calls. We believe this will help us all continue to be on the same page for proper communication which will reduce the amount of time spent which will in turn reduce the cost of each service call.

Growth

We are a growing company that understands that it is possible to grow too fast, so we only propose work that we know will get done properly and on time. Experience has shown us that proper scheduling is the key for efficient and effective preventive maintenance programs. Once we design the program and it is approved, the plan is put on a schedule approved by the customer, the occupant (if different from the customer) and Gardner Company, Inc. This allows for facilitating special access along with other scheduling requirements.

With detailed scheduling, it allows us to manage the rate of growth needed to make certain our customers continue to have the absolute best service available. Knowing that we are focused on service we have built several relationships with other companies to help us out when needed for projects that may have a large scope of work. We prefer to perform most services; however we understand that some specific needs are required to bring in specialists such as water treatment, roofing, controls, sheet metal, electricians, and other specialty trades. No matter what additional partners work with Gardner Company, Inc. we will continue to be involved with the entire scope of their work and ours to verify all work is completed correctly and on time.
